We visited MYTYLES for the first time to shop for bathroom tiles. Ms Brunda was assigned to help us. She was very cordial in her approach. She and her assistant dedicatedly took us through different types and designs and showed great patience as we took our time to visit / revisit the various displays. With her knowledge she was able to provide the right insights required by us for our selection. She took great efforts in arranging our selections by which we could visualize the arrangement. After the selection was made, she assisted us in estimating the quantities and placing the final order. It took us 2 visits to finalize our order. Ms Brunda assisted us during our visits and made our shopping experience a very pleasant and useful one.

I would like to specially call out the assistance provided by the Sales Rep Divya who helped us to identify the right tiles, choose from the vast variety and also made sure those are delivered on-time. The first time we visited the store, we were really lost, and the earlier sales rep could not assist well. Later we got reference of Divya from our interior guys, and upon approaching her it got way easier - she directly coordinated with the interior team and helped place the order. When the tiles arrived at our site, unfortunately, quite a few were chipped/cracked in-transit. This was one of our main fears too. However, Divya assisted on the same and raised it with the concerned team to get the required replacement. She had been very responsive to our queries over WhatsApp as well. Any company can only be as good as their employees. Thanks Divya for your kind assistance dealing with us.

Got very good tiles at very good rate for my kitchen wall. 38202 tiles for kitchen look good for our case, will suggest others to consider the same.
